BGD99 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BGD99 platform, including our website, mobile app, and all games, promotions, and services offered through them. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet with BGD99, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use our platform. We may update these Terms at any time, as set out in Section 15.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register an account or use any service on BGD99. We serve players in Bangladesh and reserve the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. We may ask you to verify your age or eligibility at any point, and we reserve the right to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address; duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your username cannot be changed once submitted, and we recommend you change your initial password immediately after your first login. You will also need to set a separate fund password to authorize withdrawals.

We apply a three-step verification process based on your deposit and withdrawal activity. Every player must confirm basic identity details, including full name, date of birth, and address, before any withdrawal is processed. Once your deposits or withdrawals reach ৳2,000, we require a photo of an official ID along with a selfie for enhanced verification. At ৳5,000 or above, we may request proof of your source of wealth, such as employment, business ownership, or investment records. 4. Deposits

The minimum deposit on BGD99 is ৳100, and the maximum is ৳25,000 per transaction. We accept Nagad, bKash, and Rocket as deposit methods. Most deposits are credited within about 5 minutes; if your deposit has not appeared after 20 minutes, contact our support team so we can investigate. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on BGD99 range from a minimum of ৳100 to a maximum of ৳25,000 per transaction, with up to 15 withdrawal requests allowed per day. We review withdrawal requests within minutes of submission, and payout is completed within 24 hours.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your effective bet must reach 100% of your deposit amount. This is our valid betting requirement and applies to all withdrawal requests. For bank card withdrawals, you may bind up to 5 cards, but all cards must carry the same cardholder name; this name cannot be changed once a card is bound. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Every bonus we offer, including the Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, and Real-Time Rebate, carries its own specific terms and turnover requirements. As a general rule, our Welcome Bonus requires 3× turnover before funds become withdrawable, and our VIP-tiered Reload Bonus follows the same 3× structure. Our Real-Time Rebate is credited instantly and does not require additional rollover.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse any bonus, along with associated winnings, if we determine it was obtained through multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns, or any other form of bonus abuse. 7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Games on BGD99 are supplied by licensed providers such as JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Spribe, among others. Outcomes are determined by each provider’s own game engine, not by BGD99 directly. We reserve the right to void any round or bet affected by a verified technical error, connectivity fault, or manipulation attempt.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms, that provides false or misleading registration information, or that shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity. Where an account is under investigation, we may hold associated funds until the review is complete.

10. Anti-Money Laundering & KYC

We apply a risk-based approach to account verification, categorizing users into low, medium, and high-risk profiles. Medium-risk accounts face secondary verification at lower transaction thresholds, and high-risk users may be declined service entirely. We retain identity and transaction records for a minimum of 10 years following the end of the account relationship. Transactions are monitored on an ongoing basis, and any activity we consider suspicious is reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on BGD99, including our branding, logos, site design, and platform text, is our property or the property of our licensed content and game providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We are the sole controller of the personal information you provide to us, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or events of force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any service disruption as quickly as possible.

15. Changes to These Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BGD99 regarding your use of our platform.
